The animals are packed in Styrofoam boxes with outer cartons and heat-cool packs

Shipping is done via Overnight Express

Shipping costs for coral deliveries within Austria are €24.90 for an order value up to €150.00; for an order value between €150.00 - €300.00, €14.90
Free shipping for orders over €300.00!

Shipping costs for coral deliveries to Germany are €29.90 for an order value up to €200.00
For orders between €200.00 - €400.00, €19.90!
Free shipping for orders over €400.00!

Shipping costs to the Netherlands are €39.90!

Shipping costs will always be added at the end during checkout.
Shipping days are Monday to Thursday, except on holidays!

Delivery times:
Delivery occurs within 3-5 days within Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands, with delivery always on the day following the shipping date!
For payment by prepayment, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.


If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery of the package containing live animals, any guarantee and claim for replacement automatically expires.
